"Us/We/Our/Company" shall mean Crewpower Maintenance Services LLP. "You/Your" shall mean you: Member or Customer (the person or organization for whom we agree to carry out works).
Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of Membership Registration.
Services will be provided only at the Address used on the Membership Registration Form.
Silver Residential Members can avail of 20 Free Services per year from the list of Free Services applicable for Silver Members. Gold Corporate Members can avail of 100 Free Services per year from the list of Free Services applicable for Gold Members.
Services are available from 8AM to 8PM, 7 Days a week. Our office will be closed on: Republic Day, Holi, Diwali, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti.
Customers on Silver Membership Plans can choose to upgrade to Gold by paying the difference. The expiry date of the Membership will remain the same as the original expiry date.
Memberships can be cancelled by the customer within 7 days of purchase subject to deduction of charges (as per the pricelist) for any services used within the period. Memberships cannot be cancelled after 7 days and requests for refunds cannot be processed.
All Services include Labour Only. Parts and Material are not included.
Crewpower can purchase (at actual cost) any parts or material at the customer’s request however, if it is defective or stops working or is not functioning as expected, then we will not be responsible for the warranty of the product or offer any replacement. The cost of these parts or material will be charged at actual rates and need to be settled in cash.
Materials or parts purchased as a result of work you instruct us to undertake will be charged to you if you later cancel.
If the material required for the service is not made available by the Customer then a conveyance charge of Rs.50 will be charged for distance less than 3km. Crewpower may also, at its discretion, impose on the customer a waiting charge of Rs.50 per half hour after the initial half hour.
By purchasing the membership or using our services, you agree to receive SMS texts on your mobile containing the status of your jobs and any special offers that are available to you. You can opt out of this service by contacting us at any time. We will not send you any spam messages.
Crewpower offers guarantee on labour only. Any work that has to be redone due to labour fault will be done for free, provided the fault has been registered directly with the Company (and a Job ID is obtained) within the guarantee period.
Crewpower is not liable or responsible for any work done by workmen which was directly instructed by the customer despite the workmen’s recommendation. Guarantees for such work will also not be provided.Guarantees for work carried out by us will be void if our work is repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than us.
Each repair/service counts as 1 service. However, if multiple items are included in the service (as allowed by the plan) then it will still count as 1 service as long as all of them are used at the same time. E.g. 3 Curtain Rods can be fitted for Gold Members but it will still be counted as only 1 service if the customer decides to fit 3 curtain rods at the same time. However, if the customer decides to fit only 2 curtain rods then the balance of 1 can be availed with any other repair.
No Fix – No Fee: We will not charge a Fee if our technician is not capable of performing the required repair or service. However, if our technician can perform the repair but the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair then minimum charge is applicable.
We reserve the right to terminate the customer’s membership without any refund if the customer does not pay the agreed amount after a Non Free Service has been completed.
Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to services provided by Crewpower and, or, pertaining to the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Crewpower Maintenance Services LLP. The venue of arbitration shall be Delhi. In case of arbitration failure, the customer accepts that the disputes are subject exclusively to Delhi jurisdiction only.
In no event shall Crewpower be liable to the customer for any direct, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to any services provided by Crewpower, even if Crewpower has been advised of the possibility thereof, or knew or should have known thereof. Crewpower’s liability hereunder to the customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the charges paid by the customer to Crewpower.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, other specific terms may be imposed by Crewpower at any time to deal with any unforeseen situations. Crewpower also reserves the absolute right to change the Prices and, or, Terms and Conditions contained herein without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. Members and Users are requested to refer to these changes, if any, which will be displayed at www.crewpower.in. However, no obligation is cast on Crewpower to separately intimate each individual Member or User with regard to such changes.
To ensure we provide the highest levels of service, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate by us especially if the person is abusive, rude, ill-mannered, threatening, harassing or intimidating our staff.
By purchasing the membership or by using Crewpower’s services, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by it and to regularly check for any amended Terms and Conditions on www.crewpower.in
